In a thrilling BOC Life Hong Kong Premier League encounter at Tsing Yi Sports Ground on Sunday (February 9), Kitchee emerged victorious with a hard-fought 2:1 comeback win against BC Rangers, claiming all three points.

Kitchee dominated possession from the opening whistle, creating several gilt-edged opportunities. The first clear chance came in the 12th minute when Ngan Cheuk Pan delivered an inviting cross into the danger area, only for Sherzod Temirov's left-footed effort to be brilliantly parried by the goalkeeper.

Kitchee continued to pile on the pressure, with Fernando Augusto causing havoc down the left flank. In the 18th minute, his pinpoint cross found Walter Junior, whose thunderous strike was expertly saved. Moments later, the towering striker Fiel Welthon rose highest to meet Walter Junior's corner kick, but his powerful header sailed agonizingly over the crossbar.
