The Hong Kong Football Association will launch a “Player of the Match” award for every match of the 2022-2023 BOC Life Hong Kong Premier League (HKPL).

A panel of adjudicators, comprising coaching staff of the Hong Kong Representative Team, will be responsible for selecting a best player for each HKPL match. Apart from receiving an award, winners will also be awarded with bonus points in the Hong Kong Top Footballer Awards to be held at the end of the season. The “Player of the Match” will be announced at the venue before each match ends.
