Staff and players of Premier League clubs test preliminarily positive for COVID-19

The Hong Kong Football Association (HKFA) arranged a regular COVID-19 testing for staff and players of Premier League clubs on February 17 and 18, 2022.  The test, which was conducted by a laboratory recognised by the Government, found that Kwoon Chung Southern, HK U23, Eastern Long Lions, Lee Man and HKFC each had 1 staff member or player tested preliminarily positive. All relevant persons would make suitable arrangements in accordance with the Department of Health's instruction.

HKFA will arrange an additional testing for clubs tomorrow (February 22) to ensure the conditions of staff and players.
