2021-22 Jockey Club Women's Football League - First Division League Cup 3rd Place Play-off and Final had been held on 18 June. 

 

Goal from Cham Ching Man helped Kitchee to overcome Chelsea FC Soccer School (HK) by 1:0 in the Final.

Both Citizen and Sha Tin competed hard throughout regulation time yet failed to solve each other. At the end, Citizen came out on top and defeated Sha Tin(5) 0:0 (4) in the 3rd Place playoff.
