The “Regional Futsal Training & Competition Scheme” is a program for players from different districts to take part. The whole HK is divided into 4 regions – they are HK Island, Kowloon, NT East & NT West. In this program, the players can measure themselves against the best ones in other regions. The basic principle is "the Betters Train & Compete with the betters" while players attend the training venues that is nearby where they live.

There will be no less than two training sessions in a month for each region plus one regional match day in 2 months averagely for all the same category players competing to each other.

FA Hong Kong, China is pleased to announce that in order not to clash with the "Elite Youth Competition" and be in line with Hong Kong Youth football development roadmap, we will be further targeting for the “Golden Age” training. Starting from the 2023-24 season. This program will be recruiting those U12 (born in or after 2012) & U10 (Born in or after 2014) players from various districts. Eligible players from 18 districts will be nominated from their teams that had taken part in the 2022-23 season’s Youth League.
